Pilot Whale Chalets Terms and Conditions

  • We have a 72-hour (3 days) cancellation policy for 1 room or 2 rooms bookings
    (A 7-Day cancellation notice is required for bookings of 3 rooms or more)
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking indoors
  • No gatherings permitted
  • No cooking of shellfish indoors
  • Check-In: 3PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM
  • Rates are based on double-occupancy
  • Same-day bookings must be made before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of your arrival
  • $25 extra per additional guest of ages 7 years and up
  • Children under 6 stay for free
  • A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) is required for reservations
  • A detailed receipt will be provided at our offices following payment
